Semler Scientific Announces $75 Million Convertible Notes Offering

According to BlockBeats, Semler Scientific, a publicly traded company on the U.S. stock market, has announced plans to issue convertible senior notes worth $75 million through a private placement to qualified institutional buyers. These notes are set to mature in 2030. In addition, Semler Scientific intends to grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option to buy up to an additional $15 million in principal amount of the notes within 13 days from the issuance date.
