DFINITY Community Proposes Automatic Upgrade for New SNSs

According to Foresight News, the DFINITY community has introduced a proposal aimed at enabling automatic upgrades for newly created SNSs to the target version. The governance team suggests changing the default value of NervousSystemParameters.automatically_advance_target_version from false to true. This adjustment is intended to ensure that new SNSs automatically update to the designated target version.
