Uniswap Co-Founder Comments On SEC Dropping Investigation

Adams criticized the SEC's previous actions, stating that the investigation lacked a clear legal basis and was part of an arbitrary enforcement strategy aimed at fitting decentralized finance (DeFi) into an unsuitable regulatory framework. He noted that the SEC's three-year investigation consumed significant time and resources, impacting the company substantially. Adams expressed gratitude towards the new SEC leadership for adopting a more constructive approach and expressed his willingness to collaborate with Congress and regulatory bodies to help establish meaningful regulations for DeFi.
