GameStop Raises Additional $450 Million Through Convertible Notes Sale

According to Odaily, GameStop has disclosed in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it has raised an additional $450 million by selling zero-coupon convertible senior notes. This brings the total funds raised from its mid-June convertible bond issuance to $2.7 billion. The company plans to use the funds for corporate purposes and investments, including the continued acquisition of Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset.
