According to PANews, Arthur Hayes' family office, Maelstrom, is preparing to raise at least $250 million to establish its first private equity fund focused on mid-sized cryptocurrency companies. The fund aims to invest between $40 million and $75 million per transaction, targeting the acquisition of up to six companies. The primary focus will be on service providers, including those offering trading infrastructure and analytics platforms.
