Michael Saylor Expresses Caution on Bitcoin Treasury Acquisitions

According to Odaily, Michael Saylor, Chairman of Strategy, stated during the company's third-quarter earnings call that while future acquisitions of other Bitcoin treasury companies are not ruled out, the company currently has little interest in such endeavors. He highlighted that mergers and acquisitions often involve numerous uncertainties and can take six to nine months or even longer to complete. Saylor noted that what initially seems like a good idea may no longer be suitable after half a year. He added that the company has no current plans to pursue such acquisitions, even if they appear to have potential for added value.
