CME Group Reports Surge in Cryptocurrency Futures Trading Volume for October

According to Odaily, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group) has released its trading data for October, revealing a significant increase in cryptocurrency futures contracts. The average daily trading volume (ADV) reached 379,000 contracts, with a nominal value of $15.3 billion. Notably, the micro Ethereum futures contracts saw an ADV of 222,000, marking a 583% increase. Micro Bitcoin futures contracts recorded an ADV of 80,000, reflecting a 60% growth. Additionally, Ethereum futures contracts achieved an ADV of 24,000, representing a 357% rise.
