Binance Updates Fiat Liquidity Provider Program with New USD Pairs

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform has updated its Fiat Liquidity Provider Program, introducing USD pairs effective from 2025-12-04 08:00 (UTC). The program now includes two tiers, with Tier 1 requiring a Maker Volume Percentage of 0.5% and Tier 2 requiring 1.0%. The Maker Fee Rebate Rate is set at -0.005% for Tier 1 and -0.010% for Tier 2. The qualification review for these new tiers commenced on the same date, and liquidity providers will undergo weekly reviews based on a new performance review mechanism. Maker fee rebates will be updated weekly starting from 2025-12-09 00:00 (UTC), distributed based on the previous week’s Spot trading performance across selected fiat markets. The Fiat Liquidity Provider Program encompasses various fiat markets, including USD, TRY, EUR, IDR, BRL, ZAR, PLN, UAH, ARS, RON, MXN, CZK, COP, and JPY. Each market has specific requirements for Maker Volume Percentage and corresponding Maker Fee Rebate Rates. For instance, USD pairs require a weekly Spot Maker Volume of 0.5% to qualify for a rebate rate of -0.005% in Tier 1 and 1.0% for -0.010% in Tier 2. The program incentivizes participants by offering maker rebates and standard VIP taker fees across eligible fiat markets, while unqualified markets incur zero maker fees. To participate, users must have a 30-day trading volume exceeding 20,000,000 USDT equivalent on Binance Spot and Margin or other platforms, demonstrating quality liquidity providing strategies. Interested participants can apply for a trial period by submitting proof of trading volume. Binance reserves the right to amend or terminate the program due to regulatory changes, technical issues, or other significant reasons. The program is limited to specified fiat markets on Binance.com, with rebates settled in fiat currency regardless of the quote asset.
