“Cool and Secure”: Ledger and Pudgy Penguins Debut Custom Collab

Ledger, the leading crypto wallet provider, has teamed up with Pudgy Penguins, the popular NFT collection, to unveil a limited-edition hardware wallet and matching protective cases.

The exclusive products will debut at TOKEN2049 Dubai on 29 April, where attendees will have the first opportunity to view and purchase them.

The collaboration merges digital security with playful, collectible design, offering fans what the teams describe as “a unique fusion of secure digital ownership and creative expression.”

The centerpiece is the custom Ledger Flex device, adorned with Pudgy Penguins artwork—only 1,000 units will be made available.

Additionally, 500 themed protective cases, compatible with existing Ledger devices, will also be released, each packaged in collectible Pudgy Penguins styling.

While TOKEN2049 attendees can purchase the items between 29 April and 1 May, they will also be available to the public via the official websites of Ledger and Pudgy Penguins starting 28 April.

Speaking on the launch, Ledger’s Chief Communications Officer Ariel Wengroff said the partnership is about making the “digital world more tangible,” adding that the limited-edition device is “a joyful cultural artifact for a new generation that values creativity, safety, and self-expression.”

She remarked:

“Pudgy Penguins have created something truly welcoming—playful, physical, and loved by all ages.”

The limited-edition product line debuts under the theme “Frozen for the Future,” aiming to capture the intersection of Pudgy Penguins’ iconic charm and Ledger’s industry-leading security.

Both teams emphasize that the collaboration is about more than aesthetics—it is designed to showcase the synergy between playful identity and serious protection in the digital space.

Each item is wrapped in exclusive, specially designed packaging, offering a fully immersive experience for collectors and fans alike.

The launch follows Ledger’s cryptic teaser on 18 April via X (formerly known as Twitter), where the company hinted at “something cool and secure” and dropped geographic coordinates pointing to Dubai, building anticipation ahead of the official reveal. h
