On February 4, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the diplomatic coordination between Russia and China serves as a stabilizing factor in global and regional affairs. According to Jin10, Zakharova made these remarks during a routine press conference in response to a question from a Xinhua News Agency reporter. She emphasized that Russia and China are continuously enhancing their diplomatic policy coordination in line with the directives set by their respective leaders.
