Vitalik has suggested incorporating personal AI large language models (LLM) into decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governance to address the issue of low participation rates. According to ChainCatcher, the average voting participation in DAOs currently ranges from 15% to 25%, which may lead to power concentration and poses a risk of governance attacks.
