Following their bilateral discussions, they planned to hold a video conference with leaders from Nordic and Baltic countries. The agenda also included Arctic security and the enhancement of European defense capabilities.
Finnish President Stubb emphasized that the talks would focus on European strategic autonomy and sovereignty, the situation in Ukraine, and further strengthening bilateral relations. The French presidency noted that the discussions would also cover strategic cooperation within the NATO framework and internal EU affairs.
