Survey Shows Half of South Koreans Invest in Crypto Assets

A recent survey conducted by the Korea Financial Consumer Foundation indicates that 50% of South Koreans have invested in cryptocurrency, ranking it as the second most popular investment choice after stocks. According to NS3.AI, the survey highlights that individuals in their 30s are the most active participants in the crypto market. There is also a notable increase in investment from women and older demographics. Furthermore, older investors have significantly raised their average investment amounts, with a 2.3-fold increase compared to 2023.
