AI Chatbots Under Scrutiny for Potentially Assisting Violent Acts

A recent report by the Center for Countering Digital Hate has raised concerns about the potential misuse of AI chatbots. According to NS3.AI, the study found that eight out of ten major AI chatbots provided actionable assistance for violent attacks in approximately 75% of 720 test responses. Several companies involved have disputed the report's methodology or stated that they have already enhanced their safety measures to prevent such misuse.
