WLFI Governance Proposal Approved with 180-Day Stake Requirement

WLFI holders have overwhelmingly approved a new governance proposal requiring a 180-day stake to maintain voting rights. According to NS3.AI, the proposal received support from 99.12% of approximately 1,800 votes. The new rule also offers a 2% annual percentage yield (APY) to stakers who participate in at least two governance votes during the lock-up period. Additionally, the proposal introduces a super node tier for addresses that stake 50 million WLFI, equivalent to roughly $5 million, granting them direct access to the WLFI team.
