H100 Signs Strategic Acquisition Agreement with Norwegian Firms

Swedish Bitcoin treasury company H100 has signed a strategic acquisition agreement, according to Foresight News. The deal involves H100 issuing new shares in exchange for all shares of Norwegian companies Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS. The proposed transaction follows a 'Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin' structure, where the equity distribution of H100 will depend entirely on the Bitcoin contributions from each party. Upon completion of the transaction, H100 is expected to hold approximately 3,501 Bitcoins.
