AI startup Interloom has announced the completion of a new funding round, raising $16.5 million with DN Capital leading the investment. According to ChainCatcher, Bek Ventures and existing investor Air Street Capital also participated in the round, although the company's valuation remains undisclosed.
Interloom specializes in analyzing vast amounts of operational records, including emails, service tickets, and call logs, to create a 'Context Graph.' This tool systematizes informal experiential knowledge within organizations, providing AI agents with tailored decision-making contexts.
The company has already implemented its technology in major European enterprises such as Commerzbank, Volkswagen, and Zurich Insurance. Notably, in its deployment at Commerzbank, Interloom successfully reduced the gap between documented knowledge and actual operational knowledge from approximately 50% to 5%.
