JD.com Enhances AI Agent for Improved User Demand Matching

JD.com CEO Xu Ran announced during the company's earnings report meeting that JD.com is upgrading its self-developed AI agent to better identify, stimulate, and match user demands. According to Odaily, the AI assistant, JD Jingyan, saw a more than 300% increase in user interactions in the first quarter compared to the same period last year.
