Greeks.live said on X that if Strategy resumes buying Bitcoin on September 1, it would likely provide only a short-term boost and would not change the longer-term trend. According to Odaily, the firm said Bitcoin ETFs remain in net outflow over a longer period, making it difficult for Bitcoin to hold above $80,000, while macro pressure from hawkish Federal Reserve remarks and the escalation of the U.S.-Iran conflict is weighing on sentiment.
Greeks.live also said no single participant can now control or accurately predict Bitcoin’s price direction. It added that Bitcoin’s short-term volatility has fallen quickly, and that a single strong candlestick is not enough to sustain the bull market. The firm said a move back above $85,000 after a modest pullback could improve market structure, while arbitrage traders and sellers may add heavy pressure if that does not happen. It also said gamma exposure is building toward the end of the month and that the market still needs more upward momentum to extend the trend.
