SEC Will Not Wait for Clarity Act to Advance Crypto Rules, Nate Geraci Says

According to Odaily, Geraci said this amounts to the agency pushing Congress to act faster. Geraci also cited views that, as technology changes and market competition evolve, good governance requires a fresh review of existing rules and regulatory frameworks.
