According to PANews, Bitcoin Treasury Capital has announced a new convertible stock loan program involving 105 BTC. The company's CEO, Christoffer De Geer, shared the details on the X platform, outlining that the loan structure will be divided into up to five phases, each consisting of 21 BTC.
