Jiuzi Holdings to Issue Shares and Warrants in New Agreement

According to Foresight News, Jiuzi Holdings (NASDAQ: JZXN) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with several institutional investors. The company plans to sell 9,220,000 shares of common stock through a registered direct offering. Concurrently, in a private placement, Jiuzi Holdings has agreed to issue and sell unregistered warrants to purchase up to 18,440,000 shares of common stock. The combined effective offering price for each share of common stock and accompanying warrant is set at $0.60. The company intends to allocate approximately 70% of the funds raised from this initiative towards investments in cryptocurrency assets.
