Bitget announces the launch of its Blockchain4Her ambassador program. The program aims to promote inclusion of women in the industry and close the gender gap. The program attracts outstanding female leaders to join and strengthens and enhances the leadership capabilities of a new generation of women by providing professional guidance. The B4H program will cover a series of special activities such as role model guidance, social networking, targeted support, etc.
The program attracted three outstanding women: Tess Hau, founder of Tess Ventures, Yevheniia Broshevan, co-founder of Hacken, and Cecilia Hsueh, CEO of Layer 2 ecological project Morph.
“Supporting female developers and leaders and ensuring innovative talent has quality resources is critical,” said Tess Hau.
Another ambassador, Yevheniia Broshevan, said: “I am honored to be able to support this initiative and believe that the B4H initiative will propel us into a more inclusive and equitable world.”
Finally, Cecilia Hsueh added: “As the number of female leaders continues to increase, it will increase the diversity of the industry and make the popularization of complex blockchain technology more accessible to the public.”
