可能很多人没有注意到，Binance 新 lauchpool 中出现了 Fair Mode，其重点不在项目上，而在于对代币经济系统的变革。
Binance 作为行业的龙头，用 FairMode 释放了一个重要的信号，利用它的影响力，新的代币系统让项目进入长期的良性发展的轨道来，未来可能孕育出一些伟大的公司，出现百倍甚至万倍的机会。
我一直认为，区块链除了去中心化、永不篡改的创新外，代币经济系统的创新，是第二把神器。有句俗话叫：如何分饼决定了饼能够做多大。一个好的分饼方案，一定是激励各方利益，把大家拧成一股绳，然后将项目走向星辰大海的。而 token 是比传统的公司股权的更有优势，所以区块链的几次新的代币分配方案，比如 17 年的 IC0，20 年 Defi 挖矿，23 年的铭文 mint，带来行业的巨变，蕴含着巨大的机会。
现在市场广为诟病的是机构的模式，由于美国大量机构资金的入场，把项目的估值做的很高，然后上线交易所后。留给我们二级市场的增长空间比较小，更要命的是，项目方有了大把的钱后很难好好干活。
Binance FairMode 是一种新代币经济的创新的尝试。初一下让人感觉还是那一样，有团队、投资机构、发展基金、空投、launchpool 等等。
确实是这样，但是 Fair Mode 的不同是代币的比例。代币分配比例非常重要，甚至可以说至关重要。举个例子，如果你和两个朋友一起辛苦创业。一年下来业绩不错，如果你股份只占 5%，而你第二年还有动力拼命吗。但是如果你占 30%，那你一定想着明年再接再厉，再创辉煌。所以看，分配比例不同，你的态度是完全不同的。
那么 Fari Mode 有什么不同呢？我来解读一下。
这次 Fair Mode 的 NFPrompt 出现了一个长期发展基金，占比 27%。解释为：分配给"长期发展基金"的代币不能被消费或出售，它们不会进入流通。归属后，它们可以通过质押等方式来参与生态系统，分享来自该项目的奖励和利益，但它们没有任何治理权。其所获取的质押奖励等可用于项目的长期运营和可持续增长。
这个长期发展基金是一大创新，在其它项目从来没见过。它的特点 1）未来不会流通，2）只能用来质押参与系统收入的分红，用于项目的长期运营。这意味着，1）项目的代表实际流通只有 73%，2）激励项目方努力提高项目的收入。
在初始流通的 25% 中，21% 是公平分发给散户的，包括 Binance 的 11%launchpool，以及空投的 10%。相对比，大部分项目初始流通在 15% 左右，但是公平分发的只在 5% 以内，其它流通的都是团队控制的如营销、流动性筹码等等。而 FairMode 中社区的筹码高达 21%，而团队的筹码只有 15%，不仅在未来 DAO 投票的时候，社区具有更多的话语权。掌握更多的代币，社区更有动力和项目方一起 build。
另外，此次 Binance launchpool 的代币比例大大增加了，以前 hook，edu 这些都是 5% 左右，这次高达 11%。这不仅是增加了 Binance 给用户的福利，同时也增加了公平的筹码分配。
在同等流通市值的情况下，初始流通增加会代表着 FDV 的下降，未来的解锁也大大降低。NFPrompt 的初始流通是 25%，除去永远不会流通的长期发展基金，未来还有 43% 的筹码流通。也就是未来 6 年还有 2 倍不到的筹码流通。相对比，大部分项目初始流通在 10% 左右，未来还有 90% 的筹码流通。也就是未来 6 年（可能 3~5 年）还有 9 倍的筹码流通。
经常会遇到这样的情况，一个项目 holder 了 1 年，流通市值不变，但是币价却腰斩了。这是因为一年内增加了一倍的流通。在 FairMode 下，这种情况再也不会发生了。
现在很多项目的套路就是通过控制大部分流通筹码在自己手上，就能把开盘价弄的很高，然后慢慢出货，让二级市场的散户接盘。而 FairMode 的 25% 的初始流通，4% 在项目方控制，21% 是公平分发的。大量的筹码在外面流通，项目方无法控盘来实现高价格开盘，开盘价格自然就低，那么未来币价就有很大的增长空间。
这次 Fair Mode 的项目 NFPrompt 团队+投资者的比例只有 25%，对比一下，cyber 47.2%，arkham 40.5%，arb 44%，Op 44%。所以，相比普遍的项目，Fair Mode 的在团队+投资人机构的代币占比要低，而且低很多。
这里也说明一下，团队和机构的比例降低，但是解锁时间并没有降低，1 年的锁定+5 年的解锁周期。并不比其他项目短。团队的筹码同样不能太多，要不然币价好不容涨上去了，就被卖出，谁还会好好干活呢。
虽然很多人推崇 100% 公平发射的铭文，但是我个人觉得它毕竟符合小部分项目。大部分项目需要像 FairMode 的这种，通过设计合理的代币分配方案，来激励各方面的人，并为未来币价增长打下良好的基础。
1）初始流通增加，FDV 降低，未来几年会流通的大大降低。
2）大大降低机构和团队的比例，并且长期锁仓。激励团队好好干活，而不是手握大把 0 成本的代币，一张上去就去套现。
3）大量筹码初始的时候，公平分配给社区和相关人员。一方面让社区的话语权更重，激励社区和项目方一起 build。另一方面杜绝了项目方通过控制筹码来高价开盘，为未来的二级增长留下很大的空间。
第一个项目 FairMode 是 NFPrompt，虽然市场上对它褒贬不一，但是作为这个新的代币经济系统的有趣的实验，值得关注。更重要的是，Binance 作为行业的龙头，用 FairMode 释放了一个重要的信号，利用它的影响力，新的代币系统让项目进入长期的良性发展的轨道来，从中孕育出一些伟大的公司。
