Cuban Coast Guard Incident Results in Casualties

According to Ming Pao, the individuals on the boat were Cuban nationals residing in the United States, and the incident was described as an 'infiltration' attempt from the U.S. U.S. Secretary of State Rubio denied any involvement of government personnel, stating that Cuba has informed the U.S. about the incident. The U.S. is currently verifying whether any of its citizens were involved and will conduct an independent investigation into the events.
