Russia's Presidential Special Representative for Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, recently stated on social media that the European Union and the United Kingdom are expected to face a fuel crisis within the next two to three weeks, necessitating the implementation of rationing measures to manage supply. According to Jin10, Dmitriev wrote on the X platform on March 21, "The reality is harsh," emphasizing the urgency of the situation.
