QualDerm Partners Reports Data Breach Affecting Over 3 Million Patients

QualDerm Partners has disclosed a data breach that occurred between December 23rd and December 24th, potentially compromising the personal information of 3,117,874 current and former patients. According to NS3.AI, the exposed data may include names, dates of birth, medical record details, treatment and diagnosis information, health insurance information, and, in a few instances, driver's license numbers. QualDerm Partners stated that there is no evidence of attempted or actual misuse of the data. As a precaution, the company is offering credit monitoring and identity protection services to those affected.
