The collaboration aims to advance agricultural tokenization projects and explore fundraising opportunities in Hong Kong, enhancing Zhongnong Rongxin's market position in agricultural fintech. Zhongnong Rongxin will be responsible for selecting, integrating, and managing foundational assets related to agriculture and rural areas in China, coordinating cross-regional project resources, and providing high-quality assets. Ed Financial has been appointed as the exclusive advisor for capital market and technology-related matters. Their role includes designing tokenization structures for rural and agricultural product assets, executing real-world asset securitization, and facilitating overseas financing, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs.
