According to BlockBeats, Seyffart noted that in the fourth quarter of 2025, many institutions filing 13F reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sold off their Ethereum ETF positions. This trend was particularly evident among hedge funds, which reduced their holdings amid a significant drop in basis at the beginning of October that persisted at low levels.
