SBI Holdings to Acquire Stake in Digital Securities for Tokenized Securities Development

Digital Securities has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SBI Holdings, marking a significant step in the development of tokenized securities. According to NS3.AI, as part of the agreement, SBI Securities will acquire more than 20% of Digital Securities from existing shareholders.
