According to Jin10, a Reuters survey indicates that the UK's inflation rate is projected to decrease to 2.8% in the next quarter. The survey, which included 50 economists, suggests that inflation will stabilize at an average of 3.4% in the latter half of 2026. Furthermore, 28 out of the 50 economists, representing 56%, believe that the Bank of England will maintain its benchmark interest rate at 3.75% until the end of the fourth quarter. This marks a significant increase from the previous survey conducted on March 12, where only 7% held this view.
