AI TRENDS | Qt Group and Chengmai Technology Collaborate on Smart Cockpit Technology at Beijing Auto Show

On April 25, Jin10 reported that the 19th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition commenced on April 24. Qt Group's Global Senior Vice President, Erik Rehn, visited Chengmai Technology's booth, where both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on core smart cockpit technologies. According to Jin10, the focus was on key applications of 3D Human-Machine Interface (HMI) in smart cockpits, including central control screens, digital instruments, AR-HUD, and ADAS visualization interactions. The discussions covered technological trends and practical experiences, with preliminary plans for potential future project collaborations. As a significant collaboration showcase at the Beijing Auto Show, Chengmai Technology demonstrated the Outpace panoramic cockpit HMI project, jointly developed with Qt Group. This project utilizes Rendering as a Service (RaaS) and SR technologies to deliver real-time 3D rendering and real-time environmental perception visualization on mid-range, cost-effective automotive-grade chips.
