Chaos Labs Proposes Increasing Supply Caps On Aave V3

According to Foresight News, Chaos Labs has submitted an ARFC proposal in the Aave governance forum to increase the supply caps for Aave V3. The proposal specifically aims to raise the supply limits for cbBTC on Ethereum and Base deployments, as well as for AAVE.e on the Avalanche deployment. The proposal highlights that the supply cap utilization for cbBTC on Ethereum has reached 100%, suggesting an increase to 1200 cbBTC. Similarly, the supply cap for cbBTC on Base has also reached 100%, with a recommendation to raise it to 800 cbBTC. Additionally, the supply cap utilization for AAVE.e on Avalanche has reached 92%, prompting a suggestion to increase the cap to 7200 AAVE.e.
