Eurozone inflation rates drop below 2% for the first time since 2021: Bets on ECB rate cuts

Data from European statistics firm Eurostat indicated that the Eurozone inflation rates have dropped to 1.8% in September from 2.2% in August. The rates are also down from the 4.3% recorded in September 2023.
