U.S. Senate to Hold Comprehensive Hearing on Market Structure

According to Odaily, the U.S. Senate Banking Committee is scheduled to conduct a comprehensive hearing on market structure next week. House leaders are aiming to bring the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act to a vote as early as next week. However, it remains uncertain whether the GENIUS Act will undergo revisions before the final vote or if it will proceed as received by the Senate. If both acts are passed, the GENIUS Act will be sent directly to U.S. President Donald Trump, while the CLARITY Act will be forwarded to the Senate.
