InFocus Group Launches New Division with Blockchain Focus

According to Foresight News, Australian data analytics and software solutions company InFocus Group has announced the launch of InFocus Digital Ventures, a new division dedicated to blockchain, digital assets, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. The initiative has secured a funding commitment of AUD 10 million from Mythos Group. This week, InFocus will draw AUD 2.5 million from the funding to invest in the Monochrome Bitcoin ETF (CBOE: IBTC), aiming for indirect exposure to Bitcoin while maintaining strategic flexibility. The full issuance of the AUD 10 million convertible bond is pending approval from shareholders and regulatory authorities. Shares held by Mythos and other investors will be subject to a 360-day lock-up period to strengthen the long-term partnership between Mythos and InFocus.
