According to Foresight News, the total proceeds from this placement amount to £520,037 before expenses, equating to approximately £0.54 per share. The company is expected to receive about 98.25% of the proceeds upon settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement stands at 59,020,500 shares.
