Streamex Completes $35 Million Fundraising Through Stock Issuance

Streamex, a Nasdaq-listed company, has announced the completion of a $35 million fundraising through the issuance of 11,666,667 shares of common stock at $3.00 per share. According to Foresight News, the company plans to use the net proceeds from this issuance to repay previous debts in line with its financing strategy, as well as for operational capital and general corporate purposes. Additionally, Streamex has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,750,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
