BNB Chain processes approximately 40% of global stablecoin transactions by volume, according to Forbes. According to PANews, 82% of these transactions involve amounts less than $1,000. The report highlights that in some crisis-hit economies, stablecoins are being used as parallel currencies, primarily for cross-border remittances and everyday payments, rather than large institutional or whale transactions.
