Shuttle Pharmaceutical Holdings has announced its agreement to acquire United Dogecoin in a merger supported by $11 million in PIPE financing. According to NS3.AI, this strategic move aims to establish a public Dogecoin mining operation. United Dogecoin stated that the merger would facilitate the deployment of 3,000 ElphaPex mining rigs within 60 days of the deal's closure. These rigs are expected to generate 43,200 GH/s, representing approximately 1.5% of the current global Dogecoin mining capacity.
