Sihuan Pharmaceutical (02005) said its Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets 30mg have been approved by China's National Medical Products Administration as meeting generic drug quality and efficacy consistency standards, according to ETNet. The company said the tablets are mainly used to treat angina and mild to moderate essential hypertension. It also said it has obtained a drug production registration approval for injectable Diltiazem Hydrochloride, and that the latest approval could support a treatment chain linking in-hospital emergency injections with oral follow-up therapy after discharge.
