Starknet Completes v0.13.2 Upgrade with Parallel Execution and Block Packing

According to Foresight News, Starknet has successfully completed the upgrade to Starknet v0.13.2 (Bolt) on its mainnet. This upgrade introduces support for parallel execution and block packing. Parallel execution allows transactions within the Starknet sequencer to be executed simultaneously, enhancing efficiency and speed. Block packing, on the other hand, enables the batching of multiple Layer 2 (L2) blocks into a single recursive proof application. This process allows each Starknet state update to handle multiple Starknet blocks, facilitating the bulk processing of Layer 1 (L1) fixed costs.
