According to the announcement from Binance, the platform is introducing a special promotion for new users in selected South Asia regions, offering discounted USDT rates through its P2P service. The promotion is set to run from 2025-07-07 00:00 (UTC+5.5) to 2025-07-11 23:59 (UTC+5.5). This initiative targets the first 5,000 verified new users who make their initial P2P purchase of at least 2.3 USDT equivalent via selected merchant ads. These users can benefit from a discounted USDT rate, available on a first-come, first-served basis, with limits set by individual ad owners. Eligibility for this promotion is restricted to verified new P2P users in the specified South Asia regions who have received official notifications through app push, inmail, or email. The discount offered is a maximum of 0.07 USD below the market price, subject to the constraints imposed by the merchants. Binance defines new users as those who have not completed any P2P transactions on the platform prior to 2025-07-07 00:00 (UTC+5.5). The promotion can be availed only once per user. Binance emphasizes that its Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions apply to this offer. The company reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent activities, wash trading, or non-compliance with the terms. Additionally, trades from illegally bulk registered accounts may be disqualified. Binance retains the discretion to amend or vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without prior notice, including changes to eligibility criteria, the number of winners, and the timing of promotional activities.
