Hong Kong Securities Regulator Warns Against Suspicious Investment Products

According to PANews, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has issued a warning to the public regarding suspicious investment products named 'FoFund Duo Duo One,' 'FoFund Duo Duo Two,' 'Fo Coin,' and 'Peach Blossom NFT.' These products involve management strategies related to virtual asset investments, digital tokens, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) associated with artworks. The SFC has not approved these investment products for sale to the public in Hong Kong. The commission noted that information about these products is accessible to the Hong Kong public through related websites, social media accounts, and mobile applications. Previously, Caixin reported that financial products under the Fofund fund, owned by Qian Fenglei, have been discontinued.
