KindlyMD Faces Nasdaq Delisting Risk Due to Prolonged Low Stock Price

According to BlockBeats, KindlyMD, a publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company listed on the U.S. stock market under the ticker NAKA, is at risk of being delisted from Nasdaq. This risk arises because its stock price has remained below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. To avoid delisting, KindlyMD must raise its stock price above $1 and maintain it for at least 10 consecutive trading days by June 8, 2026. The stock first fell below $1 in late October this year and closed at $0.38 on Monday. KindlyMD holds 5,398 Bitcoins, making it the 19th largest corporate Bitcoin holder globally.
