Mark Cuban ordered by judge to testify on Feb. 2 for promoting Voyager Digital

Dallas Mavericks and billionaire Mark Cuban was asked by a judge to testify in court on February 2 for promoting Voyager Digital. Mark Cuban applied to testify twice but was rejected by U.S. District Judge Lisette M. Reid and asked him to testify in Germany Texas to testify in full. The judge also said that the three plaintiffs Pierce Robertson, Rachel Gold and Sanford Gold related to the Voyager Digital class action lawsuit will be removed by the end of this month, and the two Dallas Mavericks employees will also need to be removed by February 23. Foresight News previously reported that in August last year, Moskowitz Law Firm (Moskowitz Law Firm) filed a class action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in southern Florida, accusing Mark Cuban of promoting the bankrupt Voyager Digital for Dallas Mavericks fans, saying that he and Voyager Digital has repeatedly misrepresented that Voyager Digital is cheaper than competitors to gain an improper market advantage.
