In the foreign exchange market, the USD/CNH exchange rate rose 0.18% to 6.90488. The USD/JPY exchange rate rose 0.25% to 159.035. In global stock indices, the Euro Stoxx 50 rose 0.10% to 5,647.68 points; the UK FTSE 100 rose 0.83% to 10,089.53 points; and the German DAX 40 rose 0.67% to 23,012.35 points. In commodities, WTI crude oil fell 0.24% to $88.42 per barrel, while Brent crude oil fell 0.61% to $99.17 per barrel.
