Cobo, a provider of digital asset custody and wallet solutions, has launched its Adoption Clearing Layer (ACL), open to public blockchains, stablecoin issuers, and payment institutions. The company aims to collaborate with more ecosystem partners to build a stablecoin payment network based on real transactions. ACL provides multi-chain payment routing and incentive settlement capabilities, directly linking ecosystem incentive budgets to real payment transactions, forming a transaction-centric growth loop. Initial ACL partners include Aptos and Morph, who can earn up to 15bps of rebates per transaction through ACL—helping ecosystem partners increase real on-chain transaction volume and providing payment institutions with a sustainable revenue stream.
