Hodlnaut Interim Judiciary Administrator: Considering Selling Holdings As Ethereum Merger May Bring Liquidation Risk

Aaron Loh Cheng Lee, the interim judicial manager of Hodlnaut, an encrypted lending platform, said that he is more worried about the liquidation risk brought about by the merger of Ethereum, and is considering selling the assets he holds to reduce potential losses. Earlier, according to a court document, Hodlnaut had about $281 million in outstanding debts, about $88 million in assets, and a funding gap of $193 million. At the end of August, Hodlnaut issued an announcement saying that the Singapore High Court ruled that Hodlnaut should accept interim judicial management at a recent hearing, and the administrators are Ee Meng Yen Angela and Aaron Loh Cheng Lee, directors of Ernst & Young Corporate Advisory.
