The U.S. Department of Justice charged three Iranians with hacking of hundreds of companies and computer networks in connection with hacking of encryption and critical infrastructure, including power utilities. The department said the three defendants may still be in Iran and have not been arrested. The government is offering a $10 million reward for information leading to the arrest of the individuals, which it says are linked to companies operating in Iran and "committing cybercrime around the world."
